By accessing and using the services provided by Life Transformation Project, including our website and other online spaces, you are agreeing to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms listed below, please refrain from using our services. Please note that Life Transformation Project reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates.

We do not offer our services or products to individuals under the age of 18. Minors are only allowed to use our website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not share any personal information with us or other website users without the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Registration for our activities is based on a first-come, first-served basis. If the maximum number of participants has been reached, we reserve the right to decline any additional applications and may offer an alternative activity. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by the client as a result.

• Full payment must be received prior to attending/having the session (online)
• Payment can be made directly through our online invoicing system. The invoice will be send to you prior to the session.
• Where payment has not been received by the Facilitator in advance of a session the Facilitator is not obliged to provide the session.

• Payment for 4 and 8 session packages: All payments if paid in full must be paid at least 24 hours in advance before the first session.
• Payment for single (Individual) session: Each individual session cost must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to session commencing.
• Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 12 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.
